About this line

A walker for elderly users is in service every day, from bed to bathroom to kitchen, so it must be light enough to lift and steady enough to lean on with full weight. MOVO builds its walkers on folding aluminium frames in its own factories: the SFDA-licensed Madinah factory for Saudi Arabia and the Badr City factory for Egypt, both under an ISO 13485:2016 quality system.

The mobility aids range has three models: a folding walking frame on four legs for maximum stability, a walker with front wheels that rolls forward without being lifted at every step, and a multi-function rehabilitation walker with an adjustable seat and swivel castors with hand brakes for gait training in rehabilitation centres.

We supply hospitals, rehabilitation centres, care homes and distributors, and families buying a walker for a relative after surgery or as they grow older. Every order begins with a written quotation.

Folding aluminium walking frame

The MLW-002 is the core walker in the range: a light aluminium frame for daily indoor and outdoor use, a folding action for storage and transport in a car boot, contoured hand grips for a secure, comfortable hold, and a height adjustable from 75 to 95 cm to suit users of different heights. It measures 49 cm long by 60 cm wide and carries 150 kg, which covers most elderly and post-operative users regaining independent mobility.

Walker with front wheels for smoother movement

For users who find lifting a frame at every step tiring, the MLW-005 has two front wheels that let the walker roll forward in one continuous motion, with non-slip rubber tips on the rear legs that hold it still when the user leans on it. The height adjusts from 78 to 92 cm, it folds flat for storage and transport, and at 52 cm long by 57 cm wide it passes through ordinary household doors.

Rollator-style rehabilitation walker with seat and brakes

In rehabilitation centres and physiotherapy departments, the MLW-9613 is an aluminium multi-function walking aid with a seat width adjustable from 51 to 63 cm, a height adjustable from 98 to 118 cm for correct upright support, and swivel castors with hand-operated brake levers for controlled walking. It supports gait training and safe standing under a therapist's supervision, and its 68 cm overall width keeps it manoeuvrable in wards and therapy rooms.

What determines the price of a walker

Price depends on the model and its functions (four legs, front wheels, seat and brakes), the quantity ordered, the delivery city in Saudi Arabia, Egypt or the Gulf, and the warranty and service terms you need. Send the model, quantity and city through the quote form and we will reply with a written quotation.

FAQ

Which walker for elderly users is better: four legs or front wheels?

A four-legged frame such as the MLW-002 gives maximum stability because it moves only when the user lifts it, and suits anyone who needs to lean on it with full weight. A front-wheeled walker such as the MLW-005 suits users who find lifting the frame at every step tiring and want continuous forward motion, with rear rubber tips that hold it when they stop. Describe the user in your quote request and we will recommend the model.

Do you have a rollator with a seat?

The closest model in our current range is the MLW-9613, an aluminium multi-function rehabilitation walker with a seat adjustable from 51 to 63 cm wide, swivel castors with hand-operated brake levers, and a height from 98 to 118 cm. It is designed for gait training and safe standing in rehabilitation settings rather than for walks outdoors.

What heights and load capacities are available?

The MLW-002 walking frame adjusts from 75 to 95 cm and carries 150 kg, the MLW-005 wheeled walker from 78 to 92 cm, and the MLW-9613 rehabilitation walker from 98 to 118 cm. To set the correct height, the user stands upright with arms at their sides; the grip should sit at about wrist level.

Does the walker fold for transport in a car?

Yes. The MLW-002 and MLW-005 both fold for storage and transport in a car boot, and the aluminium frame keeps them light enough for the user or a family member to lift with one hand. The MLW-9613 rehabilitation walker is intended for use inside the facility.

Where are MOVO walkers made?

MOVO walkers and mobility aids are made by Medica-Lab in its own factories, like HOSPIcare beds: the Madinah factory supplies Saudi Arabia, where units are SFDA-licensed (ML-2023-MD-0885) and carry the Saudi Made mark, and the Badr City factory supplies Egypt. Both work under ISO 13485:2016, with spare parts and service held locally in each country. Hospitals, distributors and individuals order through the quote form on this site.
