Frequently Asked Questions

Lead times, warranty, spare parts and installation โ€” the questions procurement teams ask us most.

How do I order MOVO products, and is there a minimum quantity for hospitals and institutions?

Ordering starts with the quote form on this site: give the model or intended use, size, quantity and delivery city, and we reply with a written quotation. We do not set a minimum quantity in advance; we quote a single replacement chair, a full ward fleet or a distributor container, and the quotation states the quantity and lead time.

Do you deliver across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Gulf?

Yes. MOVO products ship from the Medica-Lab factory in Madinah to every city in Saudi Arabia, and from the Badr City factory to every city in Egypt; both plants also supply the Gulf and export markets, with the group exporting to more than 15 countries. Lead time and delivery terms for your city are stated in the quotation.

What warranty do you offer, and are spare parts available?

Warranty terms are stated in every quotation, according to the model and quantity. Because the products are made in our own factories in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, spare parts and replacement components such as footrests, armrests, wheels and removable pans come from the same source in each country; ask for spare-parts availability to be included in your quotation.

Where are MOVO products made, and are they licensed?

MOVO wheelchairs, commodes, shower chairs and walkers are made by Medica-Lab in its own factories, like HOSPIcare beds: the Madinah factory supplies Saudi Arabia, where units are SFDA-licensed (ML-2023-MD-0885) and carry the Saudi Made mark, and the Badr City factory supplies Egypt. Both work under ISO 13485:2016, with spare parts and service held locally in each country.

How do I choose between an aluminium and a steel wheelchair?

Aluminium is lighter: our aluminium chairs start at 6 kg, which suits anyone who folds the chair and lifts it into a car every day, and users who propel themselves. Chromed or powder-coated steel is heavier but built for shared, high-turnover use in wards and clinics, with maintenance-free solid wheels, and includes models rated to 125 kg. Tell us where the chair will be used and the user's weight in your quote request.

Can individuals buy, or do you sell only to institutions?

Yes, individuals can buy. Many of our customers are families buying a wheelchair, a commode chair or a walker for a relative. The process is the same: complete the quote form with the model and delivery city, and we reply with a written quotation covering specifications, warranty terms and lead time.
